Reception for the artist: Friday February 27, 2009 7-10 pm
The substance of Clayton Santiago's work is rooted in the belief and recognition of the spiritual world we live within. As a southern painter has an affinity for all that has been used- that which has served some purpose and therefore must be recognized. The effects of time invoke a crippling, yet beautifying change.
Please join us in welcoming Clayton Santiago to Emily Amy Gallery to celebrate the opening of his solo show. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served and the artist will be present to answer questions. Hope to you at the opening!
